We had a really good stay, the lady at the front desk Rene was exceptional. She was courteous, knowledgeable and really nice. Our stay was fantastic and we are looking forward to go back

Just a short stay during a 2 week road trip. Have stayed here in the past and were happy, but first bad surprise was during check in when we were confronted with a 40 $ dog fee for one night. After protesting the agent lowered it to 20. We understand the additional cleaning work and are happy to pay a fee, but please be reasonable. Hotel and room overall very clean, but room was worn down with damaged furniture just as in their Sandman sister hotels, on top a wild mix of different styles and an oversized TV stand that takes away a lot of space in the bedroom. Bathroom very nice and modern, but taking a hot bath in the tub after a long hike was impossible because the plug was damaged and the tub could not hold the water. No chance to relax. Front desk staff very friendly and apologetic, restaurant staff at Rockford Grill moody and clearly tired from the Summer season, food was good, but overpriced, even for a 5*! hotel restaurant. The negative highlight came when we wanted to use the washing machine and found bloody towels in there. We informed front desk and after our restaurant visit they were gone. In the end too many deficiencies for a hotel of this class. Not sure if we will come back.

Beautiful resort right at the chairlift for Revelstoke mountain. The rooms are huge, the staff was helpful and its so quiet.
