Oakridge Orthodontics

So far Dr Chung is great, really personable. Every time I'm here, there is someone (client) talking loudly on their speakerphone in the waiting area which is super annoying. I thought it's common courtesy to take your phone calls out in the hallway? Would be nice if there are posted reminders for clients to refrain from doing that.

Im not sure why, but every time I called to reschedule an appointment, the front desk immediately hang up my calls. Been trying it for a few times, and its the end of my treatment. This is very frustrating

Never have I ever been so quick to write a review my braces came off today and the results far exceeded my expectations! During my teens, I had braces that successfully straightened my teeth as desired, but resulted in a misaligned bite. I decided to get Invisalign shortly after in hopes of fixing my crossbite, but It only made things worse. Note all of this was done through my family dentist at that time. The constant disappointment forced me to believe that the only option left to fix my bite was by double jaw surgery. This was something I had constantly been told when searching for second opinions. The invasiveness and cost of that was not something I was ready or will ever be ready to commit to. So? I gave up. However, over the years, I noticed that my bite was progressively getting worse (it was negatively affecting my speech, chewing, etc). Apparently it was going to continue to. Luckily I found Oakridge Orthodontics. Thanks to Dr. Chung and his team, through traditional metal braces, my bite is now functioning the way it should. Huge bonus that the confidence in my smile has been restored. Crossbite or no crossbite, if you are considering orthodontic treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Chung @ Oakridge Orthodontics!!

My overall experience with Dr. Chung was pleasant. The staff members are friendly and professional. Dr. Chung helped me find a surgeon that still does jaw surgery and was informative during the treatment plan.
