As someone who worked customer service I know it can be hard some days, but if someone asks for extra Carmel shots and is paying for them you just put them in and charge. Got halfway back to my apartment and had to turn around and go back, when I went in to ask if they even put any in because I couldnt taste it she said to the guy who made it do the same as you did last time and handed it back and there was still no more Carmel in it. Very rude, definitely wont be going to that Tims anymore.
