        I attended a pilates class at the Rio studio in the North End of Halifax and had a great experience. Emma was so sweet and welcoming, she showed me around the studio and told me everything I needed to know to be successful in the class. The class was challenging but fun - perfect for any fitness level.

        I go to "ride to the beat" usually.. it's a super fun, challenging work out. Great instructors, friendly staff, 10/10 recommend!!

        Im a newer member to R studios and am very impressed so far! They have a large variety of classes and the instructors are knowledgeable and extremely motivating. The space is bright, airy and relaxed feeling. Guaranteed a great workout!
