My Sprinter went on a 10 start countdown and called the Mercedes Dealer and i was told that they ware 2 weeks behind on the service side to get to my vehicle and ware parts on back order it was like mission impossible , my only van for work so i felt like this was impossible to get my van working again, till i found this company the equipment was high quality and paid for overnight delivery and i got the delivery within 24 hrs ,im super happy, thank you awesome service, i will use you in the future and recommend you very happy with my experience.

I must say... this company is incredible. I ordered a downpipe and mid-pipe for my Jetta based off what my mechanic told me to get. Well, he was partially right on what to order. He neglected to tell me there was a handful of supporting items needed to make it work. So I spoke with the guys at Rawtek, they assembled a parts list for me and linked it to a checkout on their site. I was able to order and they even expedited it so that I wouldn't tie up my mechanics lift for long. These guys went above and beyond for ultimately my mistake. They didn't have to do all that they did, but yet, they did. They are definitely part of the 1%'ers when it comes to amazing customer service. I'll definitely be back to order from these guys again.

These guys are great to deal with, dont go anywhere else because you are wasting your time and money. Great product, great service and prompt delivery. I ordered a DPF delete kit for my Audi and I couldnt be happier , these guys rock.
