I had the great privilege of working with Sam and witnessing the incredible impact she made in the lives of clients and their families. Sam is a model BCBA for mentoring staff and implementing individualized and evidenced-based ABA services. I was always amazed with Sams problem solving skills and her clinical expertise to help individuals achieve their goals. Sams big heart and her passion for helping others can been seen through the high quality service that she provides each day to her staff, colleagues, families, and clients.

She is committed to providing effective, quality-based behavioural practices, and will collaborate with her clients and their families to ensure everyones voice is heard. Samantha always ensures she is providing ethical interventions that are individualized for her clients and their families. Sam is someone who is VERY skilled, professional, and friendly. Not only that, with her BCBA, she is able to provide strong clinical support and goal setting using the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis. Wherever possible Sam uses real world applications to help her clients learn skills. Sam is a very compassionate leader and is always willing to support in any capacity (teaching her team members, taking courses to increase her own knowledge base, or getting on the floor with a client to get to know them). Sam is also able to explain how to apply these learning strategies in a very parent friendly way. I have learned much from Sam and hope to work with her again in the future!

Sam has always been committed to delivering high quality behaviour therapy to help her clients achieve their full potential. She has the passion, positive attitude and determination to put in hard work to provide the best services for the families she works with. I would not be the behaviour technician I am today without the guidance and supervision Sam has provided me over the years.
