I expected a lot from this trip but I was very surprised by the catastrophic organization of this formerly very famous agency. Obviously unqualified staff, very difficult to reach. Several daily errors: timetables, pick-up by bus, hotels without breakfast, non-communication of food particularities, however announced, very variable meals ranging from very good, to average and to frankly bad, feasibility of the program. Fortunately this magnificent trip was "saved" by a group of friends and by a wonderful guide (Mrs. NECCHI Maria) experienced and knowledgeable of the region and its history, at the cost of communicative daily stress and nervousness. Agence Transunivers Paris, Agence Locale Jonview Toronto et Quebec. J'attendais beaucoup de ce voyage mais j'ai t trs surpris par l'organisation catastrophique de cette agence anciennement trs rpute. Personnel visiblement non qualifi, trs difficile joindre. Plusieurs erreurs quotidiennes : horaires, prise en charge par car, htels sans petit-dj, non communication pourtant annonces des particularits alimentaires, repas trs variables allant du trs bon, au moyen et au franchement mauvais, faisabilit du programme. Heureusement ce voyage magnifique a t "sauv" par un groupe d'amis et par une guide formidable (Mme NECCHI Maria) exprimente et connaissant bien la rgion et son histoire, au prix d'un stress et d'nervements quotidiens communicatifs. J'espre ne plus voyager avec cette agence locale dans l'tat actuel.
