We had our Ford Escape Titanium got through a very costly transmission service recently and with a big relief, Lubrico covered for it. Our Envoy truck services expense from before were also covered by Lubrico warranty. On top of these, the staff we talked to was accommadating and levels with our legit need as client. Thanks to Paul King of claims department for his diligent help of taking care of our claim, on a timely manner. Thanks Paul, thanks Lubrico! Yes, don't buy a used car without warranty, a LUBRICO warranty. ( Tess ) I'm a true believer that a used car warranty works it might not cover everything but it does come in handy. Lubrico, has covered major repairs to my last three vehicles and I greatly appreciated their coverage. When my wife's (Ford Escape Titanium 2013) started having transmission problems I was sure that Lubrico had her back. I was wrong but with the help of Mr. Paul King investigating our paperwork the problem was resolved in a timely manner. Lubrico, claims manager Paul King, advised us that we would receive a check for the repairs that we paid out of pocket for the transmission. Our warranty will be expiring soon those km's are rolling up fast it would be nice if we could acquire just another year of coverage. Thanks again Paul for a job well done. I have been dealing with Al on a few tricking claims and he has been amazing to work with. Extremely understanding, efficient and friendly. Lubrico provides good warranty but I am always impress that there customer service is at such a high level of professionalism and friendliness. Thank you Al for all the continued help!
