The person I talked to was not nice at all. It's an Eastern European agency I do call them from time to time when I can't find something online and I always got help but this lady I never talked to her before she sounded Asian the other ladies are Easter Europeans I can hear the difference. just called for general information about PCR test to transit in Germany and as soon she found out the ticket wasn't booked with them she just kept repeating ask your agent. I told her I don't have it as I booked online she kept saying to call your agent and hung up. Update****** As I'm not able to replay back to the owners respond ....I'm ok with booking online. The lovely ladies before had no issues of looking up information in the past even in December 2022 And it's ok I called another agency right away and they answered my question with no hesitation. Thank you.
