Gary worked with us to come to a resolution to our issues. Thank you. Extremely unhappy with my experience here. We brought in a truck that worked, but had a slight problem shifting from 2nd to 3rd. We get back a truck with a blown engine ( it happened when they were test driving the machine ), that still throws off transmission error codes. Over 5000 dollars spent - and all Gary claims is that the engine was out of oil and it is our problem. Yet they removed the oil filter in the course of working on the engine. Given it was not out of oil when we took it to the shop, and that our normal mechanic was puzzled by the substance he found in the gas tank that was not gas... one is left wondering exactly what did happen? I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Service: Transmission

I am hoping that they will fix the issue but, within hours of getting my vehicle back and 9000$ later, my check engine light is back on. The wheel alignment is completely off and, they left a wrench, dirty towels and a mess in my back seat. My back vehicle mats were also all pulled up and not put back. I will rewrite review if they fix the issues and act professionally. My husband and I felt defeated and disappointed after spending that amount of money on our large family vehicle . Update less than a month later: gas stopped working in the middle of the highway. Whole computer system shut down, boosted, wont change gears past 30kms/hour. Many more hundreds of dollars on tow truck. Now stuck in Quebec and being towed to a different Mr Transmission. Lawyer involved. Loss of work for my husband to have no vehicle back, loss of trade in value. Un except able . I hope this company honours its Canada wide warrantee
