Affinity Credit Union has to be the only bank in town who still specializes in only being open when everyone is at work. The majority of the hours at this location they're not even open 8 hours. 9 - 4pm? The whole place is staffed by part time employees? Probably all jostling to try and land openings at other locations. The best part is. Both of the other reasonably close Affinity banks are closed by 5pm pretty much every day. So even if you're off early at 4:30 you can't make it with the rush hour traffic. There are two days these other two locations are open until 6. The same two days I might add. You cannot actually work and be able to do any sort of in person banking with Affinity Credit union. I've had the same ripped up $20 that I got out of their ATM for 2+ years now as literally nobody will take it, the ATM refuses it and I cannot make even their limited "Extended" hours because a shift is 10 hours minimum. I am not driving across town and spending $20 in fuel to make the one location open past 6pm. The very limited locations that are open on the weekend are absolute zoo's because literally nobody can do any in-person banking during the week. Rates suck, mortgage options suck, hours suck, the only thing going for them is their online banking. Got my mortgage through RBC as Affinity couldn't even come close to being comparable. Y'all gotta work to serve the people who bank with you, not force customers to bend over backwards trying to give you their business. I've banked with Affinity Credit Union since I was a small child with a fat cat account at the old, old Broadway location. I think it's time for a switch. First TD location I clicked on in Google? Open at least until 6pm, several nights until 8pm.
