        I have been trying desperately for over a year now to get ahold of the fraud department lead for over a year now to resolve a situation to no avail, I have emailed several times and left many voicemails with zero response, this is getting frustrating to say the least!!!

        Nevermind, I take back what I said. Staff made rude, very speculative assumptions about my personal living situation and scrutinized me to hell and back for a high interest, high fee line of credit product that I only applied for to build a positive credit history with them. I have had no such issue applying for lower interest products with big banks. They say credit unions are supposed to be the easier more friendly way, but boy do they look at you under the microscope. Looking up my financial advisor's Facebook profile shows she is anti-COVID and anti-vax. Whatever but are these the people you want having access to your financial and personal details?
