        My truck was stolen and was sent to carstar for repairs by my insurance company. Although my insurance was partly in the wrong for some delays, they never once updated me on what was going on with my truck not once. I called once and was told my truck was ready when I got there nothing had been done and the manager (who I've been told is actually not working for them anymore) told me they had to source out parts that where relatively easy to find. Either way I did get it back and then the carstar in Calgary they sent it to sent it back for detailing because they hadn't even cleaned it after it being stolen and having found drugs inside. It was a show for sure but the work did get done the service was just not on par for the usaul carstar. Fortunately she is gone I'm sure they will do better in the future.
