    went through the drive-through to get a couple things, got told to go park, but didnt specifically get told where, when they finally came out about 15 minutes after I ordered, they told me I parked in the wrong spot, which I previously stated they didnt tell me where, anyways the rap I ordered was okay but I also ordered a cheese flatbread pizza, and they gave me a jalapeo, chipotle, one, not once did I say, either of those words, this place is horrible, the staff also didnt care, and they all seemed like they didnt know what they were doing, I definitely recommend every other Tim Hortons in Airdrie before this one. Parking: no specifically stated spots to park to wait for food from the drive-through, also next to a gas station so it doesnt really help parking that much

    Alright, so I'm a pretty regular customer at different locations throughout yyc and Airdrie and this one by far takes the crown for having the worst employees. I've worked my fair share of days at Tim Hortons back when I was in high school so I understand a thing or two about working the counter and in drive-thru. The staff at this particular location have something up their rear ends. The owner needs to pay attention to how the staff treats their customers. The boy taking orders in drive-thru couldn't hear me so he started saying the most bizarre things back to me like "do you want a pumpkin?...do I want a "chocolate treat?"...ummm no bud, I asked for a London fog, and not sure how that sound anything like a pumpkin or chocolate to you. I said, could I come to the window to order since you can't hear me? He says "you've run out of time, but sure." At the window I'm greated by a lady who seems to be in a rush and doesn't seem to care what I want. I repeat my self a few times because she's talking to me and the boy taking orders for drive-thru. She then looks away and shouts "London fog" and steps way from the window. Another employee comes to ask me the size cuz she obviously didn't enter it anywhere and has ran off before I'm done placing my order. Again, I try to grab their attention and say, I would like that to be half sweet. She rolls her eyes and goes off and tells the man making my tea. Then she comes back and punches my order into the computer (kinda backwards isn't it?). I proceed to order more food cuz I wasn't done and that seemed to annoy her more. Alright then...why exactly do you work here? Now imagine ordering something complicated at this place? Or for more people? I don't think they could handle it! And clearly from the other reviews, I'm not alone. Just unacceptable, rude service with a lack of attention to detail. Also, be cautious when you leave drive-thru, there's a senseless, hidden sidewalk that opens right into the end of the drive thru lane. Neither the pedestrian or the drivers can see one another. MAJOR hazard!

    Service is pretty slow here, its a very busy location, most of the staff will be attending the drive through customers. Only 1 staff will be helping the walked in and mobile orders. Takes 10 mins for the mobile orders to be serves, this serves no purpose of mobile orders, the lineup is crazy at times, better to make an order via drive through. Management needs ro hire more staff and also train them well, because the staff takes their sweet time to prepare orders.

    As usual this morning at 0615, I ordered steep Tea & DD coffee and left for work. As soon as I took a sip of my tea it was not even warm but totally cold tea. Its not the first time that it happened to me but sometimes even I miss some order too. I think some of the staff should be responsible enough to check before the serve for fresh and hot beverages.

    Worst service I have ever seen from a Tim Hortons. They repeat the order back to you and when you get to the window, they "forgot" the item. I recommend to go to any of the other ones in Airdrie.
