Homes by Avi - Lanark Landing Front Drive (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY)

Homes by Avi has been great to work with. Specifically, their Lanark area sales manager, Ashley. They're prompt with communication, accommodating with meeting times, and very knowledgable. I would be happy to work with them again.

We just wanted to give a huge shout out to the Area Manager (Ashley). She has been amazing to work with! She is attentive, very knowledgeable, and experienced. She responds to any emails quickly and with direct information, and if she is unsure of anything she happily looks into it for us. Although she is very busy (as are any good builders), she always makes us feel like a priority. We have also been to many showhomes in this process, and Homes by Avis showhomes are always the most stunning, functional, and well-valued! Overall 5 star experience!

I do not write Google reviews. However, when I read a 1 Star review was written regarding Ashley at Homes by Avi, I felt the need to share my own experience. We built our home in Airdrie, Ab. We picked a "Pooled Lot" over a right-of-way; Homes by Avi (Ashley) was the only builder that would take on the build as it would require a more custom home. Ashley was eager to help us, she had the lot purchased and customized a house with us. We came across many issues due to the lot that were frustrating for us. She would respond immediately, during or after work hours. If she had a concern she would relay them to us, do her research and have an answer to us in 24 hours. She honestly cared, was knowledgeable, welcoming, professional and extremely easy to work with. Her communication was above and beyond. Reading the 1 Star review this person even comes off being unreasonable. They came in at closing, pushing for answers on LOTS that were not available. They mention that they were in previously asking the same questions. Just because you do not like the answer, throwing a tantrum and asking it over and over again does not change the answer. The Sales Rep does not pick when lots are released. If you want a Sales Rep that cares about you, your family and your home. Go check out Homes By Avi in Airdrie, they have you covered! Ashley, the sales person working there (Duplex Showhome) in Lanark was so rude welcoming us when we were there to inquire about 2 front garage lots. Last time also she was super rude and was not interested in giving proper info. She must know that we will have many questions while inquiring about a 600-700k house. She should be ready to answer. This time when we entered she welcomed us by saying : just to let you know that we closing at 5:00 pm. Also when we asked if homes by Avi got the new east facing lots, she replied I told you last time it will take a while and you are still here just in 2 weeks . I mean who behaves like this. I would say she is not trained well and we will definitely hesitate to visit homes by AVI showhome again. We live in Lanark only and already having a house. Utterly horrible customer service experience. Disappointed

Almost 1 year after possession and still waiting for my garage to be completed :( ------------- 1 month after this review and nothing. 3 months that the Deck's stairs it's in front of my house. I'm really sorry for who will buy new houses with them
