I came here to pickup a purolator package and talked to owner Sagar and Mayank. They were so good and recommended me to go for iPhone 14 pro max and we switched from Telus to Bell for our business account.

No help when an actual issue arose Our company has been customers of this business for several years and have always received great service when we were purchasing new phones and tablets. This is until an issue arose where we needed their help to deal with Bell corporate and charges on our account. It has been 3 months and nothing has happened. No update from Bell corporate and I am being ignored by Phone Garage at this point about this issue. In fact, simple requests like adding on travel plans to our cell package take several reminders or outright ignored. The quality of a company is measured when things go wrong and the quality of this company is sorely lacking when actual help was needed.
