I was recently in Cody & Sioux and the customer service was outstanding. Jordan who is brand new, showed me all different types of products to try on and I brought in a couple of my own dresses that I wanted to accessorize. I ended up buying two belts, two pairs of cowboy boots and a jacket! I will be back again as it was such a fun shopping experience and I like supporting local! Thanks Jordan and Ingrid!

One of my favourite stores to shop! Love all of the product and the staff are amazing. Even though I online shop now they still make my shopping experience amazing!

Unfortunately zero stars wasnt an option so I was forced to give them at least one. Not sure what the most frustrating part of this store was exactly, it might be the plain over priced want to be western wear starting at $150 per shirt! Or the poor service that dont seem to understand customer what satisfaction means. Without going into details this store has messed us around on a refund blaming it on the fact they are a boutique shop. Personally I dont care what you call your shop I can buy better stuff at Lammles for half the price, twice the service, and they dont pretend to be trendy just to jack the prices. Boutique shouldnt equal over priced and bad service, these arent hand made goods youre still just a retail shop trying to make profits retailing western wear and pretending its trendy
