did an order but they never have been capable to make the table set and send it to me, and they never gave me a refund, they do fraud and have no respect for the customers. Gonna have to file a complaint.

dont waste your time - this is Costco furniture , buy at costco. At this point this is a complete scam. They put on their website 'in-stock' and 10-12 week delivery. I too have gotten the promised emails from dex10, and doubtful ill ever see the product. THIS is Not a paid review like all the positive ones here. im lucky my visa cards insurance covered my $4700 that this company de-frauds me

Ordered furniture dec26,2021. Financed with paybright. No furniture still. PAYBRIGHT must be in on it. @affirm I STOPPED PAYMENT WITH ONLY A COUPLE PAYMENTS LEFT AND PAYBRIGHT SENT US TO COLLECTION AFTER SAYING THEY WOULD NOT AND TELLING ME THEY WERE TRYING TO CONTACT DEX10 WITH NO RESULTS. DEX 10 IS STILL SELLING FURNITURE AND PAYBRIGHT IS STILL FINANCING THEM WHILE SO MANY HAVE BEEN SCREWED. SEEMS LIKE PEOPLE ARE STILL REFERING TO INTERACTIONS with GEOFF DODSWORTH original owner. (GO FIGURE) We have payed the collections to hopefully not ruin our perfect credit record. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE EITHER OF THESE CROOKS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Absolute waste of time dont buy from this company.I had to wait almost 7 months and multiple emails before going through the bank to get my money back .I had contacted the company before ordering the sofas and was assured that its was in stock and would reach to me in 4 weeks .However it never did .I ended up canceling and ordering the same sofa from Costco and got them in 3.5 week. I wouldnt recommend this company at all
