Their Certified Packing Experts damaged one of my items. Well, maybe not experts. I can't imagine a packing expert would think it's a good idea to place packing tape directly on irreplaceable paper goods. A store rep suggested this happened as the packer wanted to make sure the objects in the inner box were safe, but that doesn't make a lot of sense since those objects were left to rattle around with no packing. This could have easily been avoided if they just left that item alone or wrapped it in bubble wrap. Unfortunately they're pretty stingy with the bubble wrap. Only one item in the box was wrapped with it and not even completely. The gap between the two ends of bubble wrap was bridged with a piece of packing tape, its exposed adhesive only millimeters from the surface of another paper box. Through dumb luck nothing heavy was placed on the outer box which would have pressed down on that tape and adhered to yet another paper object. I appreciate the store rep reaching out to me when he heard about this. However the remedy offered was wholly inadequate. Given that I live over 2500 miles away, a coupon for this store is likely worthless. It appears that this store does not participate in the Pack and Ship Guarantee program by default which is very disappointing as their packers have no accountability without it. So no, I don't want your coupon.

Very friendly staff. Kapil, the manager, always answered our questions and offered a great service. We could pick up our packages easily. Would really recommend this UPS store.
