The first time visiting this location, the service was horrible, and the lady helping me find shoes seemed clueless on what the store had. Eventually, a young man assisted was helpful, but even his manager was rude and was not very helpful, quickly dismissing me. The recommendation is to work on customer service.

I would like to say we frequently visit the east Calgary Golftown. I have to say the store manager Scott Brodie is always there to greet you with a smile and a hello. He really makes you feel like part of the family. I really hope he gets a pat on the back from the service he always provides. Thank you so much for all your help over the years Scott. I would also like to say that the three girls at the front Karlee, Geri And Jenna are so amazing to deal with also. Such friendly people at this store. George and John at the back are also wonderful to deal with. Keep up the great work. Shout out to all the staff at this location.
