Joe was excellent! Saved me a tow and a crazy programming bill at the Toyota dealership. Joe worked on my Tacoma for 2 hours reprogramming two fobs. It was a tough job as the programming wouldn't "take." He charged a very fair price. I called him at 7am. He called me back within 5 minutes. He also took his lunch "on the go" just to accommodate our schedule. I recommend Joe from the Bow.

My partner lost his keys while snowboarding in Banff. We called two dealerships that said he would have to tow the car to them and it would be a couple days for the key to come in. I called Joe and he was available right away, drove all the way to the ski hill and made us a key for a fraction of what the tow would have been. Thank you Joe! We called to ask when he would be available he said not for over an hour. We asked how much he charges and he said $75+GST for unlocking a car. We said we might try and find somewhere more affordable as AMA only charges $40. He responded with "thanks for wasting my time" and hung up. I decided to look up other reviews and apparently he is just an unprofessional jerk lol

Called and asked for a quote a few weeks back. Made me feel like I was wasting his time. Quite abrasive. Called his competitor and had service done post haste with a smile. Talked to a few other locals and found I wasn't the only one who received the same attitude. How has this guy been in business for so long? Nice to see some new professional blood in the BV.
