Shannon Design's has done an amazing job on the promotional items , for my company . She provided Stich outs so we knew what the logo would look like on the different colour Items we wanted. Everything has turned out amazing , and will be using her services again in the future.

Before we drove in from out of town, I looked on the website to see hours. It said closed at 5. When we arrived at 4:05 the post it note said closed at 4. I tapped on the door to see if anyone was around and yes she was there. I wanted to drop off an order, a large one, but she declined me and said she had a zoom meeting to attend. I was quite disappointed. She then said I can come back the next day during open hours. I thought I was there during open hours according to the website. I find this quite frustrating because we drove in just to see her, that's fine tho we found someone else who took our order.
