        Very little wait times - but sometimes frustrating to get in to see your family doctor - office staff is welcoming

        Shale medical has always been great to us. The doctors are very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns. Front staff have always been very kind. The only thing I would change is a text appointment reminder or some kind of reminder.

        Love this clinic ! Same day appointments are a saviour. The ladies at the front are always so friendly and kind. The drs are all so patient and thorough.
