        I just want to say I have nothing but positive things to say about living here. The leasing office staff are amazing! They all work hard to address any issue in a timely manner. I have lived here for over 2 years and it has been the best experience ever. Simone works so hard to ensure the building is clean and inviting. Jessica is there to answer any question I have. Jordan makes sure that we are as safe as possible during the evenings. Adil works to make sure everything runs smoothly. These people, as well as Rohan and Sanny make the MacLaren a home. Thank you so much!

        I went to visit my friend at her place and the night staff (specifically security - Jordan) was extremely helpful and friendly and made the building feel safe as I was unfamiliar with the area and haven't been to her new place yet. The building was very clean and well kept with wonderful amenities! Definitely would recommend for any one looking for a pet friendly building.

        I recently moved in here ,its a very nice and clean apartment, love the gym and rooftop has a beautiful view of the city .Thank you Sunny was so friendly and helpful during my move in .

        The building is nice enough, amenities are enjoyable. A large dog population results in the exits being covered in urine and rarely cleaned. No outside garbage available for dog feces. South facing apartments are excessively warm all day and AC is not a full feature as described on the site, you cannot control your temperatures from your apartment - management advises to crack a window in all seasons/air quality situations to provide relief. During move in, we were erroneously given an occupied parking stall which resulted in a battle for the spot before we offered to choose a different stall just to avoid the situation. Our utilities were never set up until 3 months of habitation, causing a huge bill once we actually connected with the utilities company. The management team compensated us after these issues were brought to their attention, however overall attention to detail seems to be lacking. It's a nice place, but overpriced for the mediocrity of the management.
