I was stressing out trying to book an appointment with very little notice the receptionist was helpful. They also don't put you on hold for too long. The only thing that I dislike is you aren't allowed to take videos or pictures of the ultrasound. It would also be nice if they had a separate screen to watch the baby, the ultrasound techs are super nice. Thanks for making my first pregnancy memorable!

My mother have 2 appointments on the same day and 30 minutes delayed in each appointment so stayed there for 2 hours.... what's the use of booking an appointment.

The tech was nice but felt like the whole appointment was rushed. The service at reception was poor. The receptionist who assisted me was cold, did not smile even once, and wasn't friendly at all.
