I was told when I bought my socks that I didnt need to keep the information because they had me in the system. When I showed up today they told me they couldnt look it up - that they didnt have access to the information. The associate on cash was absolutely useless and didnt offer any solutions. She suggested I figure out what I bought and come back. With Amazon and online options, dont bother. Absolutely abysmal service.
