I thoroughly enjoy interacting with the staff at your clinic, particularly the doctors and receptionists. However, I feel compelled to address a matter concerning one specific receptionist, Carly. It has been my unfortunate experience that Carly consistently demonstrates rudeness towards both patients and myself. I have never encountered such a discourteous individual before, as evidenced by her abrupt termination of a phone call simply because she was unwilling to assist me. My primary reason for reaching out to the receptionist was to acquire relevant information regarding the IV clinic, as part of my personal follow-up process. Due to a previous miscommunication with the Scope Program regarding a colonoscopy requisition, I am genuinely concerned about potentially encountering a similar issue. It is my sincere request that you take steps to educate your staff, as they regularly interact with individuals who may be grappling with various health concerns. I implore you to empathize with the patients' circumstances and reconsider the significance of providing compassionate care.

My family are one of the first group of patients in this clinic and we have been so happy and content with Dr David Odetola. He is very professional and committed to patients advocacy. Now, I intend this review for Alpas, who have been very accommodating, kind and caring. She understands that people she is dealing with are in pain, and the family are worried and nervous as well. Even her voice alone during phone calls are very courteous and comforting. She expresses genuine concern and empathy to their patients, even she is tired and the clinic is busy. Shout out to Alpas, also to Carlie and their obvious commitment to patient's care. They both possess excellent time management and attention to details. Thank you to both of you. Elixir Medical Centres deserves 10 stars. _____________________________________________________________ Elixir Medical Centres is 30 minutes drive from our place, but we don't mind driving because it's totally worth it, we are very fortunate to finally meet a very smart, compassionate and exceptional doctor, Dr. David Odetola. Their time management is outstanding, our appointment was 10:00am and we were attended right away. The clinic is very clean and spotless. This clinic deserves 10 stars.

I have just begun to see Dr. Oje and the first question he asked me was what questions I had for HIM about himself and his practice. He will admit when he doesnt know something and will refer you to a specialist. The staff is amazing and follow-ups are prompt. I had to have records from a hospital in Ontario transferred and Taylor called personally to advise me they had received the records the morning they arrived. I have a complex medical history and Dr. Oje was patient and thorough. He ordered a battery of tests immediately and I have already received appointments for CT scans after less than a week, and a follow-up appointment was prioritized to go over results. This has never happened at any other clinic Ive been toever. Ill stop now, but I am so glad Elixir Medical and specifically Dr. Oje was recommended to me. My husband also sees Dr. Oje and has nothing but praise for him as well.

I came in with a sore throat, asking for something to help me sleep. The Dr. Suggested I just take Melatonin. I got worse! 4-5 days later I went to another Dr. within a fraction of the time spent at Elixir I received an inhaler and antibiotics. Luckily the second Dr knew what he was doing I almost missed my flight for my wife's surgery. Not sure if your against Antibiotics or you just weren't through enough. I know you can do better because that was disrespectful and made me question your approach. Made me feel very unconfident with your services. I hope you can improve. I hope to hear a proper follow up. Cheers.
