        We came in today to buy treats and wash my golden retriever. We have been in before and never had an issue until today. The area was clean, but the blower was cold air and took forever to get my dog dry. This man working, came over and told us we were taking too long and anything over a half an hour was considered grooming and that we had to leave. Now, I noticed his paws were still really soaked so I was just trying to get those dry so he didn't make a mess of the store, but he was not polite, and there wasn't anyone else there, I don't see why it was such an issue to take a couple more minutes to get his paws dry. We've never had to work with a cold dryer before and nobody has ever told us there was a time limit on that service, nor was it posted anywhere. We won't be back, and I won't recommend anyone to shop here anymore.
