They were able to book me in same day last minute and got everything completed within hours! All the staff are so beautiful and so sweet. It was a delight visiting this office! Several years of orthodontic treatment for both my kids - thumbs up for Dr. Crichton and her team. All team members were always professional and accommodating, be it routine appointments or broken brackets (and there were a number of those)! Thank you so much - both my kids have straight teeth, a functional mouth and beautiful smiles!

Our family had the most amazing experience at the Bloom Clinic! The dental assistant Tami made our visit there very comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism were awesome! And my kids loved her funky scrubs, definitely a hit with them! We would highly recommend this clinic, especially because of her!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Without going into all the details, this clinic and Dr. Crichton have been completely unreliable with my son's treatment plan. Dr. Crichton removed my son's expansion appliance without even consulting her own notes. This was in the complete opposite direction of his treatment plan. I had to remind her that he needed the appliance to expand his little mouth for a future frenectomy! Absolutely ridiculous! I do not think I can say I have ever had to remind a doctor/dentist/orthodontist how to do their job. She was also supposed to refer my son to an ENT. I have been waiting 6 months now and just found out that she never did refer him. What a waste of my time. Never again will I set foot in this clinic. We will be seeing Dr. Nebbe at Align Orthodontics from now on. He has proven, with my daughter's orthodontic treatment, to be a very reliable and knowledgeable orthodontist.
