Dr. Hasell is an excellent reconstructive / plastic surgeon. He is kind and considerate . End results are perfection. The staff are polite and respectful. The office is pleasantly arranged. Dr. Hasell 's training and experience is impeccable.

Dr.John s hasell is amazing he is very informative and Very kind I couldnt imagine going to anyone else for my concerns. I like how he likes to keep you as natural as possible while achieving your goals.hes always a txt away when I had concerns with my first surgery he went out of his way to come to my hotel to check on me when I got scared about my drain amazing work for an amazing price.

After waiting for over a year to see a plastic surgeon and being told along the way that my procedure would be covered by AHS, this doctor completely shattered what little hope I had to get the care I need. I was under no illusion that I would likely need to lose weight to qualify for the surgery. He walked in, asked me what the issue was, then immediately began to drone on about how he couldn't believe I was even allowed to see him because my BMI was too high. I let him know that I could lose the weight, I just need to know what the journey was going to be like and we could make a plan. He then went on about the procedure is "purely cosmetic" and wouldn't be covered by AHS. He made me feel like I was nothing; that I was meat on a table. I asked him what we were doing then -- what was the point in meeting if he didn't even want to discuss options and was lamenting about AHS? He said something about doing something for my doctor before I grabbed my coat and walked out. I have never been treated so poorly in a professional environment. I am kicking myself for not recording our interaction -- completely demeaning, mentally damaging, and, in my opinion, exercising and taking advantage of a power imbalance between doctor and patient. He knows nothing about me. He didn't ask. He didn't care. Horrible experience -- will likely prevent me from ever getting the surgery I need. I am beyond disappointed -- I am defeated. AHS gave me the run around for over a year and I had to go back to my family doctor multiple times to pressure people to get me an appointment. No one deserves the abhorrent bedside manner this man exudes. Save yourself the trip and find a different doctor -- one that actually cares about their patients.
