I do not recommend this company at all! I had a different cleaner each week which meant there was no continuity from week to week in the quality of my cleans. I was frequently calling/texting to let them know that spots were missed. One time I literally had crumbs underneath the eating bar and they had to send in (another) cleaner the next day to clean what had somehow been missed. At the time, i was being way overcharged. I was paying $160 ONLY for floors and bathrooms. When I switched to a different company, I paid about the same but it included the rest of my house. I do not recommend them based on price point and quality, but I ended up terminating because I grew tired of having to constantly call them for the missed spots in my house. I had monthly cleans with Simply Spotless for about 9 months and I was so thoroughly delighted with my services every time. Communication was great, cleans were great, attention to detail, and absolute willingness to meet any needs or requests I had always happened. I had cancelled my services only due to a change in financial situation. In the interim I did try a different (independent, self-employed business type person) service and I was beyond disappointed with the results. I am so thrilled to once again be in a position to ask Simple Spotless to come back to my home. Beyond delighted! EDITING MY REVIEW 29Sep2022: to say that Simply Spotless rarely ever make an error but if they did they are so fast to amend any concern and I am very pleased about that!
