        Staff was overwhelmingly clingy to the point that I felt uncomfortable and claustrophobic so i left.

        Staff product knowledge was lacklustre, product selection was underwhelming, and the humidifier in the humidor was completely empty upon inspection. I see that in the past four years there has been no improvement in the operations of this shop.
