Larkaun Homes

We built with Larkaun homes in 2020/20201 and we cannot say enough great things about this company. Big enough to have amazing connections and great trades working for them, small enough to care about every single project and the happiness of their home owners. Right from the beginning dealing with Gerald and the plan design and contract through to design with Natalie and execution with Cory. They stand behind their name, and the owners are very involved in the whole process. They were more than willing to find a way to put every little "must have" that we wanted, no matter how big or small into our home. If we wanted something, they would get us a quote and execute it in a timely manner. They worked with us on every little detail we envisioned for our home, which was not what we were familiar with from our previous build or working with other builders. We actually got in a month sooner than anticipated. Any hurdle that may have presented itself, was dealt with by Cory and Natalie in a professional and timely manner. They made sure at the end of the day we will be satisfied for years to come and have an amazing quality home. The biggest take away is that they WILL NOT settle for sub-par work. If there is an issue (which is bound to come up in any project, as people are human), it was dealt with properly without cutting any corners. We cannot say enough about the larkaun team. We will never build with anyone else, as long as Larkaun is still around! We were picky home owners, and they exceeded out expectations. We wouldn't recommend any other builder after working with Larkaun. You won't be disappointed!
