360 Fitness Personal Training Red Deer

I was asked to do a review of my time at 360 Fitness Red Deer. I HAVE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. The workouts Kyle has for me to do are challenging but enjoyable. I have an issue with my right wrist and Kyle is mindful of that. Im getting stronger. My stamina is improving, especially since using the rowing machine there. I am going to cry my eyes out when my time there is up. If I won the lottery Id be back in a heartbeat. If you want to get stronger, 360 Fitness is the place to go in Red Deer! I cant recommend it highly enough!

360 Fitness Red Deer is THE place to be. If I could sum it up in one word it would be family. They cheer you on, encourage you and truly want to see you succeed. They help you with nutrition and eating habits, tips on stress, and sleeping. Oh and did I mention they rock in the training department. These men and women individualize your routine. Each one bringing something different to the table. Each one building on your strengths and helping you overcome your weaknesses. This is such a dynamic team. And last but not least the ladies who greet you when you walk in the door. They are always smiling, ready to help in whatever way you need, from answering questions, to scheduling your appts to making smoothies. They light up the room. Thank you 360 for this awesome atmosphere.

Im halfway through my fitness journey at 360 Fitness (Red Deer) & I feel stronger and more energized. The program has been amazing . A big thank you to Caden my awesome Personal Trainer whos personality motivates me & makes going to the gym fun. His training style and suggestions are definitely effective . I would definitely recommend 360 Fitness Program it works!!

I've been told that I have been going to 360 for something like five years. It does not seem like it's been that long. I still look forward to each session. I am not a 'gym' guy but I think I have only missed one session in all the years. That is the best part - I go!
