Not only is it over priced- definetely not affordable to your regular person (upper class sure), but I couldn't return something for a measly 10% off. Not even offering credit or exchange. Brand new item with tag. They draw you in with a low % sale, but then cant return. Makes little sense. And it's quite a drive for anyone coming from Edmonton, only be told this. Didn't mention finale sale during purchase (I would've remembered, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it unless I was 100% sure). Left such a bad taste in my mouth, that it's highly unlikely I'll come back. Update: I sent a message to them and I never got a reply. Nice!

The store itself is amazing and beautiful. It's easy to see why so many people would want to replicate the snapshots of beauty from this store location at their personal residence. We did too. We signed up for a consultation with a professional. That meeting was very comfortable and reaffirming. The consultant built on the elements we most liked in the house (she liked them too) and brought it together better with some accompaniments, then suggested some custom furniture to fit the space in the best possible way. She also took into account our lifestyle and the likely level of maintenance we could offer to maintain the recommendations. Now our house looks like a fancy furniture catalogue (well, the main floor does) despite having 3 kids. My partner and I say to each other regularly how lucky we are to live where we do and have such great furniture that brings the look together. Big thanks to our consultant and to Interior Matters. You've made a huge difference in our lives... on a daily basis. Few services and companies can make such a claim. Not only does it all look great, but it fits our lifestyle and a daily trashing from our kids and pets while being easy to maintain and set right for company or for ourselves (not an easy feat). If you're looking to pull some elements all together in your home into a better overall look, a truly sustainable and realistic look, this is the place to start. Having great furniture and a great selection is just a small piece to the puzzle. The knowledge of the materials used, our home, and our lifestyle (with kids) allowed us to make the catalogue look our daily look without excessive staging, tricks, and puffery.
