Unless you know exactly what component is faulty in your furnace, I would not recommend bringing MMMW to troubleshoot. Their troubleshooting consists of guessing which part may be faulty and changing parts out until the furnace works with no discretion to the fact that you will be stuck paying a highly marked up price for parts that did not need to be replaced in the first place. Even if you phone ahead with the make and model of your furnace, the tech will show up to the job with no spare parts on hand and every part they want to try changing will result in a trip back to their shop, resulting in a much longer service charge than should have been required.
