        They gave me free delivery when my flooring was delayed/late to arrive from the manufacturer. Then approximately 2 years later, when I was going to finish the last part of my project (2 small bathrooms), I opened up my last few boxes and realized there were manufacturing defects.... probably a rare/unlucky scenario. The manufacturer didn't want to replace the boxes because it was so long after (which I understand), but Flooring Canada went up to bat for me and got them to provide the replacement boxes free of charge. I'm very thankful for this as the cost had gone up substantially since my initial purchase. The above 2 issues were not the fault of Flooring Canada, but they did what they could to make it better. Would highly recommend this flooring supplier! :)

        Flooring Canada installed new flooring (after removing carpet) in February 2022. They did a wonderful job. The installers cared about doing all the work quickly and perfectly. I have had no problems with any of their installation. I highly recommend this company for any flooring jobs.
