Very bad experience about this company. When I moved in their apartment, the room was extremely dirty with lots of trash leaved by the former tenant (see the attached pictures) and I have to clean up by myself. After several months, when I need to move out, I have already cleaned up the room to a condition much better than that when I moved in, however they still ask more than $200 cleaning cost. Vey unfair policy Reply: Yes, you did pay back $100 to make adjustment left by my former tenant. So what? The truth is She left the apartment in a terrible condition but only need to pay $100. However, I cleaned up the apartment before I leave and have to pay $250, do you think it is fair? You mentioned "We must do an inspection when you completely moved out of the unit." => Curious about how my former tenant pass the inspection ?

Horrible customer service. No communication, will leave you with uncertainty and then just not answer your call when you are in need s of a decision. They just got you if they don't want to give you a yes or no answer. Worst place I have ever dealt with.

Terrible company, kept my deposit after I lived there for six years. they told me they needed to re-paint. Obviously it did I lived there for six years without any upkeep on their side. very poor customer service, very poor English. I moved out due to the house starting to fall apart. 60s house that has never been upgraded
