This salon gives people discounts for writing positive reviews, which may explain why there are so many good reviews here! However, I had a bad experience and will not be returning. I had a permanent hair straightening treatment with Justin a couple of weeks ago. The job itself was okay, but I had difficulty communicating my exact needs to him as he cannot speak English at all. That was not the worst part of my experience, though. When it was time to pay, I decided not to leave a tip since tipping is optional, right? However, one of the stylists, an aggressive woman (Dianne I guess) , began shouting at me and called me a rude customer!!!! She would not let me leave without paying a tip. I ended up paying the tip despite my own decision and left the salon for ever!

I had my hair coloured black as I always do, this is the first time Ive been here and as a disclaimer Im not doing this post for the discount as advertised I just genuinely had a wonderful experience. Ive been to many salons for the same service i received today and this one is by far the best. He was so meticulous and clearly cared about the outcome of the service. Will 100% be returning Service: Hair coloring
