on their takeout and delivery orders, i have regularly been shorted items (being short a couple chicken wings) or provided less than full containers (such as orders of extra sauce that are less than half full). I have raised this with both the store and BP generally, and they have never fixed it. I strongly recommend avoiding delivery and takeout, as you're at risk of getting less than you paid for.

This Boston Pizza has great customer service. We ordered take-out and it was ready fast. They got our order perfect and the food was outstanding. My husband had Nonnas meatballs and loved them. I had the all meat chicken bites with mild sauce and they were delicious. There's ample parking at this location. It's conveniently located across from Ikea in Coquitlam.

The food is great but the delivery literally EVERY TIME is wrong.Tonight I paid the driver an extra tip to go back for our parmesan, chili flakes, and strawberry sauce that was forgotten. It took almost 45 minutes and the restaurant is 6 minutes away. So one hour for the delivery, and just under 45 minutes sitting with our food in front of us trying not to eat it. I called back the restaurant and told them what the driver would need. Then I called back to confirm they got the strawberry sauce and she said 'yeah you told me'. Sure enough, no strawberry sauce. We told them not to bother because now we feel bad lol so plain cheesecake it is! I can say though I paid for extra shrimp in my pasta and there was SO MUCH SHRIMP I had to put it all back in the oven when the parmesan and chilli showed up but THIS FOOD 5 STARS!
