Darin Mould has been an amazing property manager. He always gets back to us immediately via email or text message. I had some wifi issues and Darin fixed and cleared up all of the issues. Hes very professional. I would recommend Darin Mould to anyone and everyone!

We hired Darin Mould to complete a one year lease placement for our investment property in Tsawwassen. Here is a laundry list of issues: - advertised the unit for rent at less than the agreed to rent - accepted an application, took down the posting, only to have the applicant rescind the application, forcing them to start the search from scratch with reduced time to find a quality candidate - placed new tenant, only to have the new tenant terminate their lease 19 days into one year fixed lease - accepted an early termination of lease without our consent and provided inaccurate information to the current tenant - continued to correspond with the tenant when they were not in a position to do so - failed to respond to communication requesting a partial refund of lease placement fee Would not recommend this company and filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.

Darin was such a great property manager. Hes been our property manager for 4 years now, and has found us an excellent tenant. He took amazing care of the house. I highly recommend Darin for anyone looking for a hands off experience.
