We have been renting for the past year in a suite managed by Rowan Property Management. We have been so impressed with the Rowan team! They always respond same day, if not within hours for any inquiry. We had some emergency repairs in our suite and their maintenance manager Kim was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to every issue. During the pandemic they made efforts to minimize any interruption to our space and the annual inspection was very easy. When the property was listed for sale suddenly by the owner, Rowan did whatever they could to help us as tenants, including providing immediate timely references to a high number of callers on our behalf. We had even indicated to buyers we would pay higher rents if Rowan remained the property manager as it made the rental easy to deal with, problem free, and in good repair. During our time they immediately repaired ventilation, pinhole leaks, washer/dryer, a drafty door etc. It has been a true pleasure renting from Rowan and I would highly recommend them as a tenant or owner if you are looking for someone to manage your home professionally and with care. We are grateful to the whole team, Amanda, Margaret and Kim for all their help in the pandemic housing situation!
