There was an error in my home delivery. When I called, the manager Nicki took full responsibility as per training new staff. She was empathetic, very professional and fixed the issue. Nicki then went above and beyond. The meals were delicious as always and I will continue to eat hereeh we were all new at one point.

The food was hot and tasted how you would expect a Mike Burger would taste. Our server was friendly. She did great navigating my grandma's requests - Asian grandma... that's all I have to say lol. One of my favorite things to have which I did not order this time is their Chicken Strips! You can tell they are made in house and have great seasoning

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered the prime rib dip. Only to realize its half of regular sandwich. Their fries were amazing, if only they could season their over priced prime rib sandwich, even a decimal as much as they did the fries. Tenderness was on par, but almost as if they had boiled the meat. FLAVORLESS. My wife got the rack of ribs and it was the same thing. If Im going to pay 100+ for a mealI expect a little more The waitress we had completely ignored the fact I had something to say and cut me off half way thro explaining my point, just to push the cheque down my throat. If you going to spend 100$ might as well go to triple Os and get 4 burgers. As they would be higher quality than MR.MIKES in Duncan. What a joke.
