        Danielle is the most toxic landlord I have ever dealt with. We trusted our home with her and she put a bunch of teenagers with drinking problems in our house as tenants, she clearly conducted no background checks. When the tenants moved out they left damages to the property and unpaid rent, none of these issues were corrected and Danielle told me it was my problem and not theirs and afterwards completely ghosted my calls and emails. To any potential clients, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DANIELLE DOBSON.

        Not impressed with our experience with this rental management company. we applied for a home and got little to no communication about status of application or final decision. hopefully they can work harder to communicate better with all applicants.

        Avesta has been wonderful to work with on a wide variety of projects. They are competent, proactive and personable- all of which are fantastic indicators of an excellent management team. I recommend Victoria and her team to anyone looking for property management or rental management!
