        I noticed that our natural gas furnace wasn't working in the early morning of December 26th and we had no heat. We waited until 9 AM to call Hadwin's as we see a company truck parked in our neighborhood all the time. The website advertised a 24/7 response. We were counting on a delay given the Christmas holidays. The lady answering our phone call said someone would be in touch, today is January 2nd and we are still waiting for a phone call.....
