Recently went in to get lip blushing done by Arnica and my experience was absolutely awesome. She was super friendly and professional and really made me feel totally comfortable through the whole process, not to mention the AMAZING results. Definitely would recommend if youre looking to get lip blushing done or any other service for that matter!!

Got an eyelash lift and tint and brow wax and tint and love it so much! I haven't had to wear any mascara and my eyelashes looks so long and healthy. I really love how my eyebrows were shaped to frame my face. Will be doing this service frequently! Thanks Liz and Arnica!

Amazing experience every time, I cannot recommend Sugar and Spice enough! Stephanie is knowledgeable, meticulous, and so kind to her clients. The Pretty Peepers package is the key for perfectly tinted lashes and beautifully carved out eyebrows. As someone with sensitive skin and eyes, Steph always makes sure I am comfortable throughout the entire process. I always leave looking amazing and feeling refreshed. All the girls are friendly, professional, and truly care about the work they do. 10/10 always!!

I have been seeing Arnica for skin care and brows since she has opened her business in Kamloops. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about all things in the skin care world. She is great at making skin assessments and catering a regiment that will work best for you. All the ladies that work at Sugar and Spice are above the rest. I cannot say enough good things about this business.
