I come here every Friday as its the closest place I can get two dozen donuts for work. Most days I get parked because the donuts arent ready. Most times its only a few minutes but Ive had a few times its 5-10 minutes. Today, I get parked and I made a point to tell them the last time I was parked I sat out front for 10 minutes and they assured me it would be quick. After about 5 minutes, Im still sitting out front so I go inside. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED MY ORDER AND THE DONUTS ARENT EVEN MADE!!! I sat there for 15 minutes while they put donuts in the oven, glazed them and filled my boxes. They even had the audacity to ask if I had paid for them yet. I had to open my store today and was almost 20 minutes late. The icing on the cake? The Apple fritters had frozen chunks of apples inside. Safe to say I wont be coming back to this location.

Went to grab my daughter some chili. Wasn't too busy, got thru the drive thru in a few mins. They told me to go to the front , they need to make a fresh egg for my breakfast sandwich. I waited and waited. I had my 12 week old in the car being fussy. After 10 mins, I found the phone number and called, they said oh shes coming. More customers went in and out with their food. Finally I drove to the window and said I want a refund. Oh shes coming shes coming. I it wasn't for my upset 3 month, I would have went somewhere else. I just didnt want a cryng baby in another lone up. They offered me a tea or coffee, I took it. But i was still already really mad. I won't be going back.

They messed up my drink order than tried to blame it on me. Staff was short and unfriendly -will never return again.
