Sandman Signature Langley Hotel

Me and my wife stayed here recently and were let down by the experience. We arrived on September 29th and were told our room was not ready with no real explanations, and had to kill 2-3 hours. I've never had to wait in a lobby or spend time waiting for a hotel room to be ready. Our room's HVAC system did not work properly, and in addition, the balcony door had a ton of gaps which resulted with lots of noise from the highways and a cold room with a constant draft. The $5.00 coupon to Moxies sealed the deal and irritated us and the restaurant food quality was horrible. I trust modernizations will be done to the hotel as it is starting to show it's age and not as nice when I used to stay there for work. We will spend additional money and stay at a nicer hotel on our next stay in BC as this was a complete letdown.

We came into town for a whirlwind wedding and the rooms and amenities perfectly met our needs. Michelle in particular was extremely gracious and helpful when we were looking to check into our room early. She went above and beyond to help us out and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

The noise from the highway keeps you awake all night. Even with ear plugs it's impossible to sleep. Unfortunately I will never go back. It's too bad because it's a nice hotel.
