We found Tricia Lee through BC Dietitians and couldn't be happier with her knowledge, support and approach. We weren't sure if our son's diet was on track, and whether we needed to eliminate certain food items as our son is autistic. With Tricia's guidance we have eliminated gluten and it has been a game changer. She has also given tips as to what to add, or tweak, and after reviewing our meal planning it was wonderful to hear we have been making many good choices. Tricia goes above and beyond, is caring and such a pleasure to talk to. Thank you Tricia for all that you have done for our kiddo!

My wife and I booked an appointment not knowing what to expect, all we knew was over workplace benefits covered us for our appointments. We learned so much about nutrition and proper balance in our meals and it has significantly helped us in taking our steps in a healthier lifestyle. Big shoutout to Adalia who helped us!

I had my first appointment with Ms. Gaya Murthy, she was very knowledgeable, patient and attention to detail. She made me very comfortable while asking all the lifestyle and eating habits question. Very excited to start this journey and making some changes to be healthier. Would recommended gaya to my friends and family. Cheers
