        I have Delt with Ms. Brown at this location for years. She is AWESOME. She does not work there and the staff would not tell me where she went. They ALL said they did not know. All the original staff went to Aldergrove. I phoned arround till I found her. GO TO ALDERGROVE.

        I will never enter this office again. The front desk girl was beyond rude. The way she asked me to put on a mask ( which wasnt mandatory at the time) was unbelievably unprofessional. She was a right snot!!! I work for a big corporation and if any front line employee treated a client the way she did.wow! Wouldnt put up with it. The person at the front desk is a customers first impression of a company, this woman gave a terrible vibe. Ill make sure to tell all my friends and family not to deal with H&R Block. Disgusting service.
